If you've never used a recruitment agency to help you find a job before, you will probably have some questions. Here are some we are asked frequently:

Do I have to pay to have my CV in your database?
A.
No. All the candidate services we offer are free of charge. This includes an interview with one of our recruitment specialist, tips on how to write a professional CV, interview tips (including how to answer questions re your salary expectations during an interview) and career related advice.

How can I have myself represented as a candidate through your agency?

Q.
If you place someone in a contract or permanent role, do you take a percentage of their salary?
A.
No. There is no charge to the candidate. Our financial dealings are with our clients.
Q.
What is the process once I place my CV with you?
A.
Once we have a vacancy which matches your profile. One of our recruitment specialist will call you to discuss the position in detail. If you agree with the role then we will forward your CV to our client. Further information regarding interview times will be provided accordingly.

Can you guarantee that you will find me a job?
A.
We cannot promise to find a job for every candidate but we will do our best to match you up with suitable roles which complement your profile.
Q.
I sent my CV sometime ago. How do I know how the search is progressing?
A.
All our candidates are important to us but we have literally thousands of job seekers on our database. Obviously, it is not possible to provide updates to all of the candidates. If you do not hear from us for a while, it is not because we have forgotten about you but because we do not currently have any vacancies that match your profile. However, you are more than welcome to give us a call if you would like an update.

Should I place my CV with more than one agency?
A.
Yes, as many as you like, though you may want to choose one or two carefully based on their market reputation. Many of our candidates place their CVs exclusively with us but the choice is theirs. Working with one good agency will ensure that you are well represented and that your CV is not sent to every vacancy that becomes available.
